Individual Style with the Retro Scooter

The 50cc retro scooter is a bike that’s designed for a rider who is not afraid to be himself or herself. Everything about it speaks of being an individual with a moped that doesn’t look like anything else on the roads today. For example, the look of this moped is definitely from the 1970s. The rider of this moped will definitely turn heads as he rides by. On the other hand, nobody wants to buy a 1970s looking moped with 1970s technology. Thankfully, the scooter has a modern 4-strike 55cc engine that is quite modern and much better than what was available back then.

The amenities on this retro scooter are quite good. For example, there is lockable storage space underneath the seat. The styling is quite sporting. The scooter is fully automatic, so all that’s needed is twist and go. And there are many different colors to choose from. Those who want the feminine look and are quite individual can buy the scooter in the color of pink. More traditional colors like black, white, and silver are also available as well. The poor drivers in the cars will be smiling at the 1970s scooter in awe that is getting through the same traffic jam that cars can’t get through.

Retro Scooters – Love the Style!

We love retro scooters here at 50cc Mopeds for Sale. I’m on my third and never regret going for this sort of styling. Retro mopeds just seem to have a style and elegance I just can’t see in the sharper more modern versions.

Those wonderful Italian names just have style in themselves. Vespa, Piaggio, Lambretta. These all have echoes of La Dolce Vita, long summer days, a classic Neapolitan pizza and a glass of rose in the sun. A lazy afternoon and a trip to the beach.

But hey, it rains in England. And I have to get to work on time. I need something practical and stylish and it has to work.

Those classic names can be expensive brands too, with new mopeds costing £2,000 or more. What I am looking for are cheap mopeds which have that retro styling. And I have found them

Sure, they may be just a little more expensive than the cheapest moped, but we like the style and the looks, especially when we can chose the colour! At under £700, with good modern reliability, these are what I am after and I know where to find them!

What we don’t like are mopeds that break down in the rain and leave you in the lurch.

That is why it’s great to be able to buy a retro scooter that is actually brand new.
